This weekend was a blast, went boating Saturday, did a run from Grand Haven down to Holland (Lake Michigan) with a bunch of Powerquests (30+). It was an event setup on their message board. There were professional photographers taking photo's (me on the right) of all the boats as they were leaving Holland. We were on a 28ft with a 502 on it, making about 475 horsepower. There were a lot of other interesting motors out there, a 565 with a supercharger, a 496HO with a supercharger and a myriad of boats with twins on board. God it sounded good when all 30+ boats started up to leave the lunch spot. Many, many gallons of premium were burned.

Then Sunday went mountain biking, did the trail really damn fast but then, probably 15 yards form the end of the trail I clipped a tree with my handlebars which made me go flying over them into another tree, I got away with just a bunch of scrapes and few bruises on my arm, shoulder and side, so I hauled ass to the end of the trail so I would still beat my buddy.

Didn't anything automotive related! How about you guys?

It was windy this weekend. I bet that was a rough ride. Also Sunday was cloudy and yuck most of the day so it is a good thing it was Saturday not Sunday for the boat ride.

Also the background is blurry, but I'm guessing you just cleared the Holland channel about 1 or 2 minutes before that photo was snapped and were northbound.

northbound is a pretty solid guess no matter where he is, giving land is visible lol

Not really. In the Holland channel/Lake Macatawa area given land is visible could easily be east or west.

The worst thing Saturday morning was all the fog, but it was also a pretty rough ride down. The ride back up after lunch was much smoother, I think we were going with the waves a little better.

Yes, it was Holland channel, about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile north of it. The background is blurry because we were going 60 miles an hour, haha.

We tore that lake up! Haha, 30+ powerboats running wide open across that lake was quite interesting, all the smaller boats on the lake were getting tossed around, BADLY.
